Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the VimePay mobile application (“the App”) and related services provided by VimePay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

1. USE OF THE APP:

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2. Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

1.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized use, tampering with the App, engaging in fraudulent activities, or interfering with other users' access to the App.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

2.1. Ownership: The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of VimePay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2.2. Limited License: Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the App or its content without our prior written consent.

3. FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS:

3.1. Cryptocurrency Transactions: The App allows you to engage in buying, selling, and trading cryptocurrencies. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are subject to market risks and fluctuations and that you are solely responsible for any gains or losses incurred through such transactions.

3.2. Fees: We may charge fees for certain transactions or services provided through the App. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the App.

3.3. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial transactions, including but not limited to anti-money laundering and know your customer requirements. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from you to comply with these obligations.

4. PRIVACY:

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our  Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. INDEMNIFICATION:

You agree to indemnify and hold VimePay, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any rights of third parties.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or any features or services provided through the App at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting the revised version on the App.

By using VimePay, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.
